We offer seamless payment options! You can pay your 50% advance via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI ID transfer, direct IMPS/NEFT bank account transfer, or in person via Cash or Debit/Credit card at our Dharwad studio.

The remaining 50% balance must be settled on or before the day of your event service—either upon arrival at our Dharwad studio or prior to commencing makeup and hair styling for outstation venue bookings.

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable as the time slot and resources are reserved exclusively for you, preventing other clients from booking that slot. However, if you need to reschedule due to an emergency, your advance can be adjusted to a new date provided notice is given at least 14 days prior to your event.

As soon as your 50% advance payment is verified, our team will generate an official digital booking confirmation voucher and invoice containing all date, time, artist, and package details, sent directly to your WhatsApp and Email.

Yes! You can transfer your confirmed booking slot to a family member or friend for the exact same scheduled date and time slot without any additional penalty fees.

Our premium Bridal Package includes thorough skin preparation & hydrating base, 12-hour ultra-waterproof HD or Airbrush makeup, luxury hair styling with floral or hair accessory placement, custom saree or lehenga draping, mink eyelash application, and jewelry & dupatta setting.

Yes! Lead artist Zoya and her senior makeover team travel to wedding venues, resorts, and homes all across Karnataka (Hubli, Belgaum, Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore, Bagalkot, etc.) and neighboring states. Travel and stay accommodations are calculated transparently during inquiry.

Yes, paid bridal makeup trial sessions are available at our Dharwad studio. When you confirm your complete bridal package by paying the 50% advance, 50% of the trial fee is credited back into your final package invoice!

A full bridal makeover takes approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours. We advise scheduling your readiness time at least 3 hours prior to your muhurtham or stage entrance to ensure a relaxed, flawless result.

Our regular studio operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Yes! For morning weddings and early muhurtham functions, special early morning slots (starting as early as 4:00 AM) are available upon prior advance booking.

While walk-in clients are welcome for standard services like threading, waxing, or haircutting, we strongly recommend calling or messaging ahead to reserve a time slot so you experience zero waiting time.

Yes, ample free parking space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers is available directly outside our studio premises.

Yes! We have a dedicated team of junior and senior artists who can accommodate group makeup & hair styling for up to 15-20 guests simultaneously at our studio or at your event venue.

Hygiene is our top priority! All makeup brushes are washed and sanitized with antibacterial solution between every client, beauty sponges are sanitized or single-use, hair equipment is cleaned, and metal tools are UV-sterilized.

If you notify us at least 14 days before your event date, we will transfer your 50% advance booking deposit to any available future date within 6 months at no extra charge.
